Working within the business aviation industry helping users with their B2B charter sales workflow. I mainly work with our marketplace system where we connect buyers and sellers as well as improve their payment workflows. I work a lot with different user workflows, complex problems, and ensuring a consistent experience throughout the portfolio

VOLVO CARS RETAILER SYSTEMS

I was working with 3 different systems within Volvo’s service applications. My main user group were people working in the after sales experience (primarily technicians). Being the only designer in my immediate area, I was working a lot with the end to end experience as well as omnichannel UX

SAN MIGUEL E-COMMERCE

Being the largest brewery in the Philippines, San Miguel Corporation wanted to increase their digital presence by doing a redesign of their e-commerce website. The challenge was being able to provide a strong e-commerce presence while staying true to the San Miguel brand experience

UNICEF E-COMMERCE CAMPAIGN
E-COMMERCE | BRANDING | USABILITY
The website contributed to a campaign in the Philippines to drive in donations as well as increase the number of donors for UNICEF. I provided the foundational website design and strategy as well as worked closely with our design and tech team to develop the website

JOLLIBEE SELF ORDERING KIOSK
RESEARCH | CONTEXTUAL INQUIRY | USABILITY
The research project involved testing the kiosk design with 60 participants from various backgrounds and age brackets. The research involved usability testing and System Usability Scale surveys to test the first version of the self ordering kiosk in the Philippines
